Public Classes 

Sundays 4:30-5:45 pm

This all levels class combines movement, restorative poses, and rest. Brittany will guide you through a 45 minute all levels flow class, ending with 20 minutes of restorative poses and savasana/rest. She will incorporate meditation and pranayama (breath work) for a class that “recharges your batteries” and supports you in experiencing deep rest and relaxation.
